Go So Kempo is a fast free flowing Martial Art.  It is a combat system utilizing subtle parrying, trapping, foot work and body evasion, combined with hard fast direct attacks. 

Our attacking philosophy is based upon a system of continuous attacks moving from one target onto the next without thought or hesitation.  Kempo is a close quarter martial art utilizing the entire body to both strike and grapple with, targeting all areas of the body including vital and pressure points.

We pride ourselves on teaching a pure combat system, as the original fighting arts were meant to be.  We do not water our techniques down for competition, and will not teach anything that we believe will not work in a real life confrontation.  For over thirty years many of our senior grades have worked within the security industries, providing a unique arena from which to test and refine their abilities.

Through this website we hope to share some of our experiences and knowledge.  We will provide articles and combat sequences that we hope will explore the true nature of all the Martial Arts.  We also hope to use this website as forum exchange information and ideas with fellow martial arts systems, in an effort to help the tireless efforts of our Martial Arts colleagues around the world to rediscover the true nature of the fighting arts!
